AI risk and readiness for teams

Your people are under-skilled on the tools you already own, unsure how to bring in AI without exposing the firm, and managed by leaders who were never trained to lead. One program fixes the three together.

What a team gets

  • Tool Value Pack. One software rollout or renewal decision, with a Software Value Report.
  • Team Capability Pack. For teams with new tools and new or promoted managers.
  • Readiness Pack. For operations or finance groups adding AI and automation.
  • The four-rules checklist adapted to your own process, as a review standard for any AI or automation project.
  • A facilitator guide, so an internal trainer can run it again.
  • Completion criteria written as checks a manager can verify: a document exists, a workflow runs unassisted, a log shows the right entries.
  • A manager scorecard to track adoption after the program ends.
  • Customization only where you name your own tools and processes.

Formats

  1. Live workshop. I run one module per session for your team. Participants bring their own tool and process. A session ends when the module worksheet is complete.
  2. Cohort. A fixed group of 25 moves through the modules together. Each module has an assignment, my review and a manager sign-off.
  3. License for your learning system. You host the self-paced videos, worksheets and facilitator guide. Format confirmed with you.

How it is measured

I agree an adoption target with you before you start. The usage and adoption numbers come from your own systems (license usage, workflow runs, training completion, time to proficiency) and appear on a dashboard that you own. Only hours put to work on a named task count in full toward the target. The dashboard shows both numbers.

Illustration of the arithmetic, not a result: 25 people each freeing 5 hours a week for 46 weeks is 5,750 hours a year. You value them at your own loaded cost per hour, and only the part moved to a named task counts in full.

Fee

One fixed fee per cohort of 25, set by the value at stake and the scope, and agreed in writing before work begins. No per-seat meter, no hours billed.

Interest disclosed. This is my own training line. If you are also a consulting client, I will tell you in writing before I propose it inside a plan.

Tell me about your team

Tell me the team size, the tools in scope and the adoption goal you have in mind.

Jacob Pearson provides management consulting and training on the operations of organizations: people, process, software and AI. He is not a registered investment adviser, broker-dealer, CPA firm or law firm. Nothing on this site or in any proposal, deck, report, dashboard, newsletter or course is investment, legal, tax or accounting advice; an offer or solicitation of securities; a recommendation to buy, sell or hold any security, fund interest or asset; a valuation or fairness opinion; or an audit, review or attest opinion. No fee is contingent on a transaction, a capital raise or a valuation; any variable fee is tied only to operating value measured under a written attribution rule.
